Our memberships will include your Athletics Ontario membership. You will register through AthleticsReg which also manages the mandatory Athletics Ontario registration. When you register through the AthleticsReg site, you will also be acknowledging provincial codes and waivers in order to be automatically signed up with AO.
There may be a prompt that says "My fees are being paid by my club". Choose that option. When you get to the CART SUMMARY, it will include the Athletics Ontario Fees, but you will only be charged for the club fee, and the club will be invoiced. If prompted, the Passcode is LWTFC25.
Once you have completed this process, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER SEPARATELY WITH ATHLETICS ONTARIO.

VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers are a major importance when it comes to running track and field meets. London Western hosts or co-hosts 8 meets throughout the year. Some of these meets require only a handful of volunteers, while 1 in particular in April requires upwards of 100. Without your support at these meets, they would not be as successful as they are. It is expected that you volunteer at a minimum of 2 meets.

Although track and field continues to be one of the most economical sports to participate in, there still may be a need to help offset the cost of a London Western membership. If you feel you require assistance, there are multiple options. KidSport and Jumpstart are 2 programs that provide financial aid to families for organized sport. More details can be found on our website. Please inform us prior to applying to either of those organizations. Those that qualify for KidSport or Jumpstart will automatically qualify for additional assistance from the club. If you do not qualify for the above programs, you may fill out an application for assistance directly from us. Priority will be given to eligible athletes that fit 1 or more of following criteria…

1. Member of a multi-child family and/or living in a single-parent household.
2. Family/Parent receiving assistance from any other program (documentation required)
