The LWTFC celebrated its many achievements of the 2022 season at a gala event held at Bellamere Winery on Dec. 6. The evening was well attended by members, parents, coaches, Board members, and guests.
With a third consecutive AO Overall Outdoor Club championship title, 73 AO Track/XC Championship medals, 28 National Championship medals including a Senior Men’s and U20 Men’s ACXC Team title, and 22 AO All-Ontarians, that’s just the start of a long list of the accolades we were applauding.
Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal and were inspired by Damian Warner during his Q&A presentation. Door prizes galore were distributed, including two pairs of tickets to a London Lightning game for the early bird ticket purchasers.
The full list of award winners is listed below, along with a summary of LWTFC’s Provincial, National, and International achievements.
Be sure to check the photo gallery for pics from that evening, with many thanks to coach Trevor Hall. https://londonwesterntfc.editorx.io/2022-awards-banquet

And a huge thank you to the 2022 Banquet organizing committee of Liv Sands and the members of the Athlete’s Council, Patricia Corcoran, Elysa Mascotto, and Vickie Croley! Your work in putting together such a memorable evening was appreciated by all who attended!
We can’t wait for next year!
